Best service ever and I would never use anyone else. They are trusting and very respectful. Excellent cleaning and very efficient.

I was unhappy with my previous two carpet cleaning experiences with major companies. They seemed more interested in selling additional services than cleaning the carpet. They both did a satisfactory job, but it took all day to dry (steam extraction). I did a lot of searching and reading reviews. I selected 3:16 Carpet Cleaning even though I had never heard of them. Turned out all their previous reviews were correct. They were on time, professional, did a great job. Looks great and dried in ½ the time. Cost was much less than the others.

I have never used a company with better customer service than 316. They are ALWAYS willing to go out of their way to help us when we are in a crunch! They truly do take care of their clients, and their work is always guaranteed. Don't waste your time with anyone else. We will be using Hilary and Cody for a very long time.
