Sofa and Couch Cleaning in St. George, UT
The family couch gets the most use in the house. We give it a real cleaning, cushion by cushion.
Sofa and Couch Cleaning is the call we get more than any other piece of upholstery. Pet hair, snack crumbs, drink spots, body oils, and that smell guests notice when they sit down. Send us a photo of your couch and we will quote it before we show up.

How It Works
Send a Photo for the Quote
Text or email a photo of the couch, including the cushions and the back. Tell us about pets, spots, or smells so the quote matches what we will do.
Check the Fabric and the Tag
We look for the cleaning code on the tag and test in a hidden spot. Microfiber, polyester, and most blends clean well with hot water extraction.
Vacuum, Pre-Treat, and Extract
We vacuum hair and crumbs out of the seams first, then pre-treat spots and high-use cushions. Hot water extraction rinses out body oils and the soil that built up from daily sitting.
Cushion-by-Cushion Walk-Through
We flip and check each cushion, hit any spot that needs another pass, and set up airflow so the couch dries faster. Most sofas are dry to the touch in 3 to 6 hours.
"I recently had 3:16 Carpet Cleaning come out to handle our carpets, upholstery, and some tile grout in our home here in St. George. Wow -- what a difference! Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in years and looked brand new afterward -- seriously, like we just installed them. The team was super professional, on time, and explained everything they were doing. I really appreciated that they use eco-friendly, non-toxic products -- safe for our pets and kids, which was a big priority for us. No harsh chemical smells lingering, and everything dried reasonably fast. They even gave great tips on maintenance afterward."
"Do these chairs look 10 years old? I wish I had taken a before picture. I'm super happy with how clean they are!"
"I had a very old sofa that needed cleaning and they worked on it and worked on it till it was beautiful and perfect and they are so kind and patient. Was very appreciative of their work and work ethics!"
What to Expect From Sofa and Couch Cleaning
Photo Quote First
Send a photo of the couch and any spots before we book. The quote you get is the price we charge unless we find something the photo did not show.
Dry Time
Most sofas are dry to the touch in 3 to 6 hours. Run the fan or AC and the cushions dry faster, especially the deeper ones.
What Comes Out
Pet hair, crumbs, body oils, drink spots, and most of the smell. Old set-in stains may improve without going all the way away.
Leather Couches
Leather needs a different process than fabric upholstery. If your couch is leather, tell us when you call and we will point you to the right service.
Why St. George Couches Need a Real Cleaning
The couch is where the family lands at the end of the day. Pet hair works its way into the seams, snack crumbs settle under the cushions, and drink spots dry into the fabric before anyone notices. Body oils from arms and headrests are the part most people miss, and they are the reason the couch starts to smell.
Most St. George sofas we clean are microfiber, polyester, or a synthetic blend. Hot water extraction works on those fabrics and rinses the soil out instead of pushing it around. Leather and some delicate natural fibers need a different process, and we will tell you up front if your piece is not a fit.
Our IICRC-certified crew adjusts pressure and dwell time for the fabric on your couch. The dog's favorite cushion gets more attention than the one nobody uses, and the walk-through at the end is cushion by cushion.
Sofa and Couch Cleaning FAQ
How much does sofa and couch cleaning cost?
Price depends on size, fabric, and how heavy the soil is. Send us a photo and we will quote it before we book the job.
Can you clean just one couch, or do I need a minimum?
Single-piece couch cleaning is one of our most common calls. If you have a matching loveseat or chair, we usually quote those at the same time.
Will the cleaning get the pet smell out?
It pulls out most of it, especially the body oils and pet residue on the surface. If urine has soaked through to the foam inside the cushion, cleaning will help but may not finish the job.
Do you clean leather couches?
Leather needs a different process than fabric, and we usually refer those out. Tell us when you call and we will point you to the right service.
How long until the couch is dry?
3 to 6 hours for most sofas. Airflow helps. The cushions dry faster if you stand them up to expose the back side.
Text us a photo of the couch and the matching loveseat if you have one. We will reply with a quote.
