Upholstery and Area Rug Cleaning in St. George
Two pieces of upholstered furniture, about 25 linear feet in all, plus two area rugs, with no carpet on this Sun River visit. Jobs like this are common in homes with tile or hardwood throughout.
Furniture first
Each piece was inspected for fabric type, seams, and past spot cleaning before we started. Then it was pre-treated, extracted, and groomed so the nap dries evenly.
Rugs on site
Both rugs were cleaned on site after a dye test. Rugs sitting on tile dry faster when they are lifted off the floor, so we set them up to get airflow underneath.
Working in Sun River
Sun River sits along the Virgin River on the south side of St. George. The Virgin River South Trail runs from Bloomington Park down to the golf course, so the river trail is right at hand.
This was one of 15 upholstery cleaning jobs we have done in St. George since May 2025.
Most of our work is in St. George, from condos and townhomes to single-family homes on both sides of town. Red desert dust and hard water show up in almost every home here, so dust works into carpet and grout and minerals leave film on tile and showers.
