Patch before clean

A patch goes in with heat seaming tape, and the pile direction is matched so the repair blends with the carpet around it. Cleaning afterward helps the patch and the surrounding carpet look like one floor.

Seal after the grout is clean

Sealer only protects grout that is clean when it goes on. We cleaned the tile and grout first, then sealed so the next tenant starts with lines that resist new stains.

Most of our work is in St. George, from condos and townhomes to single-family homes on both sides of town. Red desert dust and hard water show up in almost every home here, so dust works into carpet and grout and minerals leave film on tile and showers.
