Tile and Grout Cleaning With Color Seal in St. George
This east St. George homeowner wanted more than clean grout on roughly 690 square feet of tile, so the job ended with a color seal.
Clean first, every time
Color sealer bonds to the grout surface, so soil and residue left in the lines would be locked under it. The grout was pre-treated and pressure rinsed with a turbo head before any sealer came out.
What color sealing does
A color seal evens out grout that has stained unevenly and adds a protective layer. It suits floors where cleaning alone would leave the lines patchy.
