We clean the tile first so we are not walking tile cleaner or rinse water across finished carpet. Tile also dries faster, so it is ready to walk on by the time the carpet is done.

Sun River is built around its own 18-hole golf course, and golf carts are a normal way to get around. Pickleball is big here too, with more than a dozen courts inside the community.
