Carpet, Two Rugs, and Upholstery in Sun River
Carpet, two area rugs, and upholstery were all booked for one Sun River visit. Everything was cleaned in a single trip.
Upholstery first
The furniture was tested for color bleed, pre-treated on the arms and seats, and cleaned first so it could dry while we worked on the floors.
Rugs and carpet
Both rugs were dye-tested and cleaned on site, then lifted so air could reach underneath. The carpet got a pre-treatment on the traffic lanes and a hot water rinse.
Working in Sun River
We have done 13 jobs in Sun River since May 2025.
Sun River is a 55+ community that started in 1998 and is now fully built out. Its clubhouse is the hub, with a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a busy calendar of clubs. One home here has booked us twice since summer 2025.
This was one of 15 upholstery cleaning jobs we have done in St. George since May 2025.
Most of our work is in St. George, from condos and townhomes to single-family homes on both sides of town. Red desert dust and hard water show up in almost every home here, so dust works into carpet and grout and minerals leave film on tile and showers.
