The young man that cleaned the carpet was very professional, friendly and answered my questions. He was upfront about cost and after the cleaning told me about a problem area. I was interested in the pet service specifically and he raked for pet hair and really went over our pets favorite places to lay, plus did the pet treatment. I had him do the entire house, which is large (6 bedroom, 2 living rooms, halls, stairs) I was expecting a higher bill. I would recommend 3:16 carpet cleaning.

Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in years and looked brand new afterward -- seriously, like we just installed them. The team was super professional, on time, and explained everything they were doing.
