"The young man that cleaned the carpet was very professional, friendly and answered my questions. He was upfront about cost and after the cleaning told me about a problem area. I was interested in the pet service specifically and he raked for pet hair and really went over our pets favorite places to lay, plus did the pet treatment. I had him do the entire house, which is large (6 bedroom, 2 living rooms, halls, stairs) I was expecting a higher bill. I would recommend 3:16 carpet cleaning."

"I recently had 3:16 Carpet Cleaning come out to handle our carpets, upholstery, and some tile grout in our home here in St. George. Wow -- what a difference! Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in years and looked brand new afterward -- seriously, like we just installed them. The team was super professional, on time, and explained everything they were doing. I really appreciated that they use eco-friendly, non-toxic products -- safe for our pets and kids, which was a big priority for us. No harsh chemical smells lingering, and everything dried reasonably fast. They even gave great tips on maintenance afterward."

"I cannot recommend 3:16 Carpet Cleaning enough! After a disappointing experience with another local company, who claimed they had done the best they could with my high-traffic areas and stains, I called 3:16 for help. They worked miracles on my carpets! The difference was night and day. My carpets are whitish in color and had several marks and stains that I thought were permanent...but 3:16 made them look brand new. Every single stain is gone, and the high-traffic areas are refreshed to perfection. I genuinely didn't know carpets could be cleaned this well!"

How We Clean From Start to Finish

01

Walk the Rooms With You

We look at the bedrooms, the hallway, the stairs, and the spots you actually care about. You point out the dog corner, the kid spots, and the red dirt by the front door.

02

Pre-Treat the Real Problem Areas

We spray the traffic lanes, pet areas, and food spots with a cleaning solution and let it sit. The dwell time is what gets the soil to release before we rinse.

03

Hot Water Rinse and Extraction

We rinse the carpet with hot water and pull the dirty water back out under pressure. The wand goes slow on stairs and traffic lanes so the fibers come out clean.

04

Walk-Through and Dry Time

We walk every room with you and hit any spot that needs another pass. Most homes are dry to the touch in 4 to 8 hours, and we set up airflow if a room needs help.

What to Expect From Residential Carpet Cleaning

Rooms We Clean Most

Bedrooms, hallways, stairs, family rooms, and the play area. Closets are an add-on and easy to include if you want them done at the same time.

Dry Time

Most carpet is dry to the touch in 4 to 8 hours. Run the AC or open a window and the dry time drops, especially in summer.

Furniture and Toys

We move couches, beds, and standard furniture and put them back on tabs. Pick up small toys, charger cords, and pet bowls before we get there.

Kids and Pets

The cleaning solutions are safe for homes with kids and dogs once the carpet is dry. Keep paws and bare feet off the wet carpet for a couple of hours.

Twelve to eighteen months is the real cleaning interval

Most St. George and Washington homeowners we meet have not had a residential carpet cleaning in three to five years. The IICRC standard is twelve to eighteen months for a normal household, and every major carpet maker sets that same window in their warranty paperwork.

Wait longer than that and the soil packs into the base of the fiber where a vacuum cannot reach. Once that grit gets ground in by foot traffic, it cuts the yarn from the inside, and the traffic lanes start looking dull even right after a cleaning.

Booking a home carpet cleaning once a year keeps the warranty intact and stretches the life of the carpet by years. It is the cheapest move you can make on a floor that costs five figures to replace.

The two-week window before keys change hands

Bloomington, Washington Fields, Stonebridge, and Green Valley all run on the same closing rhythm. Sellers want the carpet cleaned the week the photos go up, and buyers want it cleaned again the day before the truck shows up.

We hold a few morning slots open for realtors and property managers because that two-week window is tight. A vacant house with no furniture cleans fast, dries fast, and the receipt goes straight into the closing folder.

Renters get the same treatment. We email a clean invoice the day of service so it goes back to the landlord before the deposit hits the wall.

Why Residential Carpet Cleaning Takes Local Judgment in St. George

Most St. George homes deal with the same things. Red dirt tracked into the entry hallway, a bedroom the dog claimed, stairs the kids run on a hundred times a day. Residential Carpet Cleaning has to handle all of those without taking the carpet out of service for a full day.

We schedule around the family. If a baby naps from one to three, we plan the load order so the bedroom gets done first or last. If the dog has a corner, we treat it before we touch the rest of the room so the smell does not spread.

Same-week scheduling is the standard for us. Most homeowners call on a Monday or Tuesday and we are at the door before the weekend. Our IICRC-certified crew brings the same truck-mount setup to a three-bedroom home that we use on bigger jobs.

Questions About Residential Carpet Cleaning in St. George

How long will it take to clean my home?

A standard three-bedroom home with a hallway and stairs is about 90 minutes to two hours of cleaning time. Heavy pet areas or a lot of stairs add a little more.

Do I have to move all the furniture?

No. We move couches, beds, chairs, and standard pieces and put them back on tabs. Pick up small stuff like toys, shoes, and cords ahead of time so we can work fast.

Can you get the red dirt out of the entry hallway?

Most of the time, yes. Red dirt that has been ground in for years sometimes leaves a faint cast in light carpet, but a hot water rinse with the right pre-treatment pulls out the bulk of it.

Is it safe for my kids and dog?

Yes. The solutions are made for homes with families and pets. Keep them off the wet carpet for a few hours and you are fine.

How soon can you come out?

Same-week is the norm. If you call early in the week we usually have a slot before the weekend, and we can sometimes do next-day if a route lines up.
