Carpet Stretching With Furniture Moving in Washington, UT
Carpet stretching and cleaning were booked here, and furniture moving was added to the ticket. A power stretch needs a clear run from wall to wall, so the moving was part of doing it right.
Why the room has to be clear
The power stretcher braces against one wall and pulls the carpet toward the other. Furniture left in the middle pins the carpet down and leaves loose spots behind it.
Clean, then furniture back
With the carpet tight, we cleaned it while the room was still open. Furniture can go back once the carpet is dry enough to walk on.
